Cake By The Ocean


Today's featured cocktail is the Cake by the Ocean Cocktail, courtesy of The Kitchen is My Playground.com. Here's how you can concoct this intriguing libation:

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Cake flavored vodka

  • 2 oz. coconut rum

  • 2 oz. pineapple juice

  • 2 oz. orange juice

  • Vanilla frosting

  • Multi-colored sprinkles

  • Orange wedges, pineapple wedges, and/or maraschino cherries for garnish {optional}

 

Instructions:

  1. Place sprinkles on a small plate. Dip the rim of a fun cocktail glass in frosting, ensuring that the entire rim gets well coated. Immediately dip the frosting-covered rim in sprinkles. Repeat with remaining glasses if making more than one drink. Set prepared glasses aside.

  2. Fill a cocktail shaker ¾ full of ice.

  3. Add cake vodka, coconut rum, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Shake to combine.

  4. Pour into a glass and garnish with an orange wedge, pineapple wedge, and/or maraschino cherries, as desired.
