John Norman Collins

John Norman Collins, often referred to as "The Co-Ed Killer," is an infamous American serial killer who terrorized the Ann Arbor, Michigan area in the late 1960s. Born on June 17, 1947, Collins was a seemingly ordinary college student at Eastern Michigan University, studying education with aspirations of becoming a teacher. However, beneath his outwardly normal facade, Collins harbored a dark and violent nature. Between 1967 and 1969, he was responsible for the brutal murders of at least seven young women, many of whom were college students. These women were abducted, sexually assaulted, and subjected to horrific acts of violence before their bodies were discarded in rural areas around Washtenaw County.
